I agree, a traditional white tuck and roll interior would fit better with the outside, it’s currently too modern for the rest of the car. . Clean radical custom though, love the 56 Packard tail light lenses in the back. Also a really nice chop.

It also has whitewalls. Which I want. But tan interior is best interior.

Because it’s a ‘78. This is probably the peak of Malaise-era engineering, which means it’s thirsty, underpowered, overweight, and has fit and finish that would make a Fiat engineer cringe. The hood isn’t open in that picture. It’s just how the front clip sags.

I see where you’re coming from. I’ve just always loved Lincolns. We had a Continental when I was a kid. Caught my fingers in the self-closing trunk once.
